Begin: Be present for this moment. Take 3 deep slow breaths whilst closing your eyes if you wish. 

Cleanse: Dampen your face by pressing a fresh warm damp cloth, into your skin, this allows the pores to open and you to slow down. Rinse cloth and repeat if desired. Dispense a small amount of oil into your damp palms and gently massage your face  & neck with long smooth strokes. Press refreshed damp cloth back into face and wipe away makeup, impurities and repeat if desired. 

To moisturise: Following cleansing use this oil as a complete moisturiser. Dispense a small amount into your palm and gently press & blend into your face & neck. Be present, go slow, enjoy. If desired can be used under your usual moisturiser as a nourishing booster. Sits very well under makeup.
